Refund policy

Returns:

• Returns of unworn merchandise are accepted when initiated within 7 days of delivery date.
• A flat rate $6.90 shipping fee deducted from the return.
• We only process returns through USPS and you must be able to print out your return label.
• Payment will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item back to LOULU. 
• The returned item must start shipment tracking back to LOULU within 7 days of original delivery. 

Exchanges:

• We accept product exchanges within 21 days of initial delivery date. 
• Merchandise must be unworn.
